Dear Crosswoods Homeowner(s):
On June 23, 2010, at the regularly scheduled board meeting, the Board of Directors approved a special assessment of $300.00 per unit. This special assessment is necessary in order to fund materials and labor for the extensive siding and irrigation repairs to be performed during the 2010 fiscal year.
This special assessment will be due on August 1, 2010 and late as of August 16th. If you pay your dues by check, the assessment can by paid in a lump sum, or in three (3) equal payments of $100.00 on August 1st, September 1st and October 1st. Payments received after the 16th will incur a 10% late fee.
If you pay your dues via automatic checking withdrawal with First Bank the $300.00 special assessment will automatically be deducted from your account in August. If you wish to cancel the one-time automatic deduction of the special assessment, you must notify the office in writing, no later than July 15, 2010. You must then pay the special assessment via check in three (3) monthly payments of $100 due on August 1st, September 1st and October 1st, subject to the same late fees.
Note: Cancellation of the automatic withdrawal of the special assessment will NOT affect the automatic deduction of your regular monthly dues.
Copy of the board resolution was mailed to each Owner.
