The “Liability” form is also available to print on the Landscape Committee page or you may request the forms from our HOA manager.

    I AM REQUESTING A REVIEW BY THE LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CLEANUP OR REPLACEMENT IN THE COMMON AREA AND AROUND THE ABOVE ADDRESS. I HAVE READ AND RECEIVED A COPY OF THE LANDSCAPE RULES & REGULATIONS. (Revised 2019)

    I understand that depending on the scope of the work and labor involved, I may be responsible for the cost of the job. The Landscape Committee welcomes you to attend our walk around, (we meet @ the OFFICE) @ 9:00 A.M and/or our committee meeting @ 10:30 A.M., on the 2nd Tuesday each month.

    Your request will be discussed to provide additional input to the committee, as well as any questions you may have. The HOA Board meets @ 6 P.M., fourth Wednesday of each month, and has final say on all LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE recommendations. All Board meetings are held via Zoom Video Conference until further notice.
